✅ পণ্যের বর্ণনা ও বাস্তব পণ্যের মাঝে বড় পার্থক্য রয়েছে

✅ সাইজ বা ফিটিং-এ সমস্যা হচ্ছে

📦 রিটার্নের শর্তাবলী:

🔹 রিটার্ন করতে কতৃপক্ষকে কারণ জানাতে হবে প্রাপ্তির ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে

🔹 পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত ও পরিষ্কার অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে

🔹 মূল ট্যাগ, লেবেল এবং প্যাকেজিংসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে

🔹 ডিসকাউন্ট/সেল পণ্যে রিটার্ন প্রযোজ্য নয়, যদি না তা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হয়

🔄 এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতিমালা:

🔸 এক্সচেঞ্জ শুধুমাত্র একই বা বেশি মূল্যের পণ্যের সাথে করা যাবে

🔸 এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য পণ্যটি হতে হবে অব্যবহৃত এবং ট্যাগসহ

🔸 স্টকে পণ্য না থাকলে গ্রাহককে বিকল্প বেছে নিতে বলা হবে
